I'm a clinical health psychologist with a public health background, and a certified product manager and I am fully bilingual in Arabic and English. My career has taken me from refugee camps with the International Red Cross to the frontlines of digital health innovation. I've lived and worked across seven countries, learning firsthand that while healthcare systems differ, the need for humane, evidence-based care is universal.

My scientific foundation comes from diverse research experiences across quantitative and qualitative methods across social psychology, clinical behavioral trials, and public health topics. My doctoral research at the University of Florida (UF) was in clinical trials on behavioral weight management for rural and hard-to-reach communities—populations often left behind by traditional healthcare. My clinical training at UF and Boston University School of Medicine and my work with organizations like Boston Medical Center, Harvard, and UF Health have given me deep insight into how care actually reaches people in medical specialty teams and general mental health clinics, especially those facing the greatest barriers.

Today, I help organizations bridge clinical practice, research, and technology. Whether advising individuals on mental health and chronic condition management and behavioral medicine through my side clinical practice, or advising on digital product strategy, industry research, market analysis through my industry consulting - my approach is grounded in one belief: the best health solutions are both evidence-based and deeply human-centered.
