Hi, this is Manal the founder of Neamah Digital Health. I am going to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a clinical health psychologist with a public health background and a certified product manager. My work is in this intersection of mental and physical health, chronic health conditions management, refugee health, disparities, and global health. I have expertise in providing evidence-based general mental health and behavioral medicines services (e.g., weight management, behavioral sleep medicine, psycho-oncology, transplant, and obesity surgery, etc) I served within diverse clinical settings, serving hard-to-reach patients and adapting programs for resource-poor settings.

I am a clinician and a scientist. My doctoral research was focused on behavioral weight management efficacy and cost-effectiveness clinical trials serving rural and hard-to-reach communities. I worked/lived in 7 countries and was exposed to a variety of healthcare systems and start-up ecosystems. I did my masters degree at Boston University School of Medicine in mental health counselling and behavioral medicine and then I went to do my PhD degree in clinical health psychology and a graduate certificate in public health at the University of Florida College of Public Health and Health Professions.

I worked with many reputable healthcare organizations such as Boston Medical Center, UF Health, Harvard Center for Health and Human Rights and the International Commission of the Red Cross etc. My career spans clinical practice, healthcare research, and digital health innovation. My scientific training informs every aspect of my consulting work, ensuring recommendations are grounded in evidence and best practices.

My work combines deep healthcare expertise with strategic thinking to help organizations navigate the complexities of modern healthcare delivery and digital innovation.

I founded Neamah Digital Health with a vision to revolutionize healthcare delivery through evidence-based, human-centered, innovative digital solutions. The Arabic name "Neamah" (نعمة), meaning "blessing" reflects my commitment to bringing positive transformation to individuals and healthcare systems worldwide.
